Update Regarding Ottawa Elite JUEL Tryouts

After further discussions and careful consideration, the OYBA and the Ottawa Elite JUEL Coaches have decided to postpone tryouts at this time.

The safety of our Coaches, players and their families are the first priorities of the OYBA. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we feel that while we could hold tryouts at this time, our Coaches would not be able to fully assess players under the current conditions. We believe that each player attending an Ottawa Elite JUEL tryout deserves a tryout that ensures our Coaches are seeing their full capabilities and potential.

Currently, we await word from the JUEL league on return to play. Once the league is able to begin competition again, we will hold tryouts for our Ottawa Elite JUEL teams. Tryout information will be sent to all registrants by email and posted on our website, Facebook page and Twitter.
